wood fire + salt water
April 6, 10:30-5:30 | Middle Beach, Biddeford
Join us for a truly unique on-the-beach pop-up SAUNA event. Relax and unwind in the hot 175 degree+ wood fired sauna, while gazing out onto the beautiful ocean.
At the end of your Sauna experience, take an optional cold plunge into one of the cold tanks next to the sauna, or into the stimulating salt water ocean just steps away.
After you sauna, or contrast, experience, feel free to relax and rehydrate fireside with a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.
**There will be a changing room on-site to use, but no bathroom facilities. Please come prepared with a bathing suit, a towel (we will have extras if you forget) and cozy clothes to put back on afterwards.
