Cycling classes

recycle 45

This is our signature moving meditation class. BIG DISCLAIMER: This is not your normal or traditional spin class. This is 45 minutes of sticky cycling while cleansing our minds, engaging our inner witness, and isolating our muscles groups to focus on the full mechanics behind our movement. This class rides to predominantly instrumental (instrumental, not elevator) music, and remains mostly in the saddle so you can focus less on transitions and more just on you and your ride.

ride 45

Our standard 45-minute ride is focused on getting a solid workout while improving our happiness and health. These classes vary in structure, and will be noted on the schedule. They incorporate hills, sprints, beats and feel good music. Each instructor’s ride has its own flare and aligns well with the energy they bring to the studio.

hustle 45

Same as our ride 45 minute class, only a bit spicier! In this class you’ll find more intervals, and higher output levels. Still a class open to all riding levels…just know that the potential to push yourself will definitely be there when you hop in the saddle!

rhythm ride

Ride and move to the beat of the music! In this fun and action-packed class we incorporate movement on the bike (think: push-ups, tap backs, jumps, slides and more). The class goes by in the blink of an eye, and you’ll leave with a big smile on your face from all the fun!

spin 101

Pop-up! Keep an eye out for our FREE Spin 101, beginner spin pop-ups. These 30 minutes classes cover the basics of indoor cycling…getting you prepared and comfortable to hop into one of our 45 minute or combination classes.

tarot ride

Pop-up! Guaranteed to be unlike any ride you have ever taken. Over the 45 minutes of class time Sarah will pull cards for the group, and cater the ride experience to the messages that come through.

Combo classes

30 minutes of high intensity cardio on the bike, followed by 15 minutes of core crushing work on the mat. 

30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of myofascial release. Get your heart rate up and then give yourself the gift of 30 minutes to dig into all the muscles you just worked so hard!

30 minutes of high intensity cardio on the bike, followed by 15 minutes of strength work (mainly bodyweight stregnth), concluding with 15 minutes of guided meditation. This class packs it all in in just one hour.

30 minutes of cardio on the spin bike, followed by 30 minutes of a vinyasa-style flow on the mat. Bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours. This is a great way to build endurance, strength and mindfulness in one class.

Mat classes

60-minute Vinyasa style flow leaning towards power and energy. This class is geared to all levels. There will be opportunities to push yourself into challenging poses, but those are always optional!

Pop-up! Looking for something fun, heart-pumping and strength building? Buti is the class for you! A mixture of dancing, shaking, yoga flows and high cardio this class will leave you feeling awesome!

60 minutes of tune up balls, blocks, straps and stretching to get fully into all of the muscle you use during the day, and when working out. Think deep tissue massage, but learning the techniques and being able to use them whenever you need!

Pop-up! Ever feel like you need more hours in the day (or night)? Yoga Nidra offers a way to decompress and rest. Often referred to as sleep yoga…1 hour of yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep. And just like that, you became a time bender!
