New to spin?
Is this your first time riding? We are so glad you are here! And, we get it, spin can be intimidating. All of our classes are inclusive to all spin experience and fitness levels. The beauty of spinning is you control absolutely everything: how steep your road is, how fast your legs are moving and whether or not you stay in or come out of the saddle. Let your instructor know if it’s your first time riding, and they will ensure you are setup properly for a great, and safe, first ride.
Note: if the cost of class prohibits you from attending please reach out to info@recycle-maine.com. We are an inclusive studio and want to ensure all those wanting to join us for a class have the option to do so.
