A healthy, balanced, confident and happy YOU is attainable! Getting necessary rest, and finding ways to move your body that make you feel energized and rejuvenated are my mission. We need proper hydration, fresh air, sunlight and sweat daily to get the lymphatic system flushing and detoxing our bodies. Kalena will share her knowledge with you to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced life.

Kalena holds certifications from American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Kalena knows that movement of the body is the human experience. Kalena’s been creating fun, challenging indoor cycling classes, and outdoor programs that require body weight for strength training and leading Les Mills BodyPump classes since 2012. Kalena travels for Fitbodies, Inc teaching yoga and group fitness classes at all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and Asia Pacific.

Kalena loves cooking and baking healthy, tasty food, running in the Maine forests, walking the humbling hills in the warm, humid climate in Culebra and floating in the Caribbean Sea.
