Jennifer

instructor

Originally from New York, Jennifer Gallo has been an athlete since age five, competing as a year-round swimmer (with records to prove it!) and — later in life — triathlete. Upon college graduation, she began her chosen career in publishing, eventually trading in that deadline-heavy life for motherhood, freelance writing, and an opportunity to teach a few fitness classes on the side. Twenty years later, her son is grown and that side hustle has become a full schedule of instructing indoor cycling, yoga, and bootcamps across a range of Kennebunk/Biddeford locations. She finds joy and centering in teaching and encourages others to challenge themselves during her classes while also honoring their bodies with mindful intention.

Jennifer is certified in Johnny G Spinning, Les Mills BodyPump, Arthritis Foundation Aqua Therapy, Acumobility Level 1, Yoga (RYT 200), Reiki Level 1, and she has coached two swim teams. She is married, living happily with a whole bunch of rescued animals including dogs, a cat, Guinea pig, sheep, and chickens.
