Our next S(h)elf care book club pick: #the12hourwalk by @colinobrady … this book is all about resiliency and the power we have to push past our limits. We’ll meet Saturday the 9th of November to do a 30-min resiliency ride with @badmotherunner and then 30ish mins discussing the book. This is a free event: read, ride, discuss!

We’re back! Join us the first Saturday of the month, November through April, for a truly unique on-the-beach pop-up SAUNA event. Relax and unwind in the hot 175 degree+ wood fired sauna, while gazing out onto the beautiful ocean at Middle Beach in Biddeford.

During your Sauna experience, take an optional cold plunge into the stimulating ocean just steps away.

After your sauna, or contrast, experience, feel free to relax and rehydrate fireside with a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage and snack.

BOOK YOUR 30-MINUTE OR 60-MINUTE SPOT ON MINDBODY IN THE APPOINTMENTS SECTION (LINK IN BIO). EACH BLOCK HAS 4 SEATS AVAILABLE.

You can book a seat, or the entire block. Options available in the app.

We also have packages available this year, discounted to allow for optimal accessibility to all the on-the-beach sauna goodness!

**There will be a changing room on-site to use, but no bathroom facilities. Please come prepared with a bathing suit, a towel (we will have extras if you forget) and cozy clothes to put back on afterwards.

📖 We are so excited to announce the formation of our monthly book club: s(h)elf care. Starting in September we will select a book each month related to movement/meditation that we can read on our own time.

At the end of the month we’ll come together for a free 30 minute class related to the read, followed by a discussion.

Bring your book, your ideas, and a refreshment of choice.

If you are planning on reading/joining us please sign up for the free class on MindBody so we can get an idea of head counts for class 😊

He’ll still be around subbing from time to time, but make it part of your plan this week to get into either his Thursday 7am or Friday 5:30pm class to groove with him 1 (or 2) more times! And if you haven’t taken a Jordan class yet, I HIGHLY recommend doing so this week…he’s simply the best!

Tuesday and Friday 6am classes starting 7/23!! WHAT?!? We have been working on this for a while, and have found a way to bring 6am classes to life in the Pepperell Mill. Using our @soundoffexperience headphones, join us bright and early for some hustle and rhythm fun! These headphones are lightweight and so comfy, bringing our music and voice directly to you, at the volume that is right for you. It really takes YOUR RIDE to the next level. Never miss a queue, and jam out as loud or as mellow as you want. Classes are live on MindBody. See you early birds in the studio soon!!
