Looking for someone to work the front desk, helping with checkins, retail, and supporting our instructors getting classes going. Need to be available Tuesdays 4-7pm. We’re back! Join us, Saturday, April 6 for a truly unique on-the-beach pop-up SAUNA event. Relax and unwind in the hot 175 degree+ wood fired sauna, while gazing out onto the beautiful ocean at Middle Beach in Biddeford.

During your Sauna experience, take an optional cold plunge into the stimulating ocean just steps away.

After your sauna, or contrast, experience, feel free to relax and rehydrate fireside with a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.
